Code of Conduct & Requirements

  1. Respect everyone, and everyone will respect you. Both give and receive feedback in a constructive way and understand this shouldn’t be viewed as toxic, but as a way for us to improve as a whole. We’re all equal.
  2. During raid please avoid talking about politics, sexuality, racism and those types of topics. Homophobia, racism and any other kind of discrimination will not be tolerated and immediately punished with a guild kick.
  3. Upon joining our Discord server, change your name so it matches your main character’s name, thoroughly read informative channels, and keep it tidy and organized, post your messages in the adequate channels.
  4. All our loot is distributed using Loot Council, their decisions are final. Our loot strategy is announced transparently on the guild meeting before a tier so that everyone is involved on the plan.
  5. You can use any UI and Addons you like. However, we require you to use RCLC, WeakAuras and MRT. The specific raid WA we’ll be using for a tier will be announced, you must use that one and keep it updated.
  6. You are expected to have at least 2 characters for our splits, however, having more ready characters and a variety of classes/specs is both encouraged and appreciated just in case blizzard nerfs your main.
  7. You are expected to have a working microphone and be able to use it and communicate.
  8. You are expected to gear your character outside of guild raid hours as well, through m+, delves, and whatever’s necessary. Early season you should secure a full weekly vault to optimize ilvl and gear.
  9. Prep is key! As such we expect every single raider (benched or non-benched) to know precisely everything we’re doing for all bosses. Pulling a boss without prep is absolutely unacceptable and this will be the easiest way to get benched and fail your trial.

Raid Schedule & Attendance & Bench

  1. Our raid schedule is as follows:
    Wednesday | Sunday | Monday 19:45 – 23:10 (Invites at 19:30, 19:45 we pull).
Expect a 10 minute break during the raid, usually around 21:30.
  2. Extra raid days are added during the first 2 weeks for splits (normally Thursdays), and upon reaching 2nd to last boss of the tier, 1 more day might be added to close the tier strong. Those additional days are mandatory.
  3. We expect 100% raid attendance, but things can happen, so if you know of a future absence, always update in the Attendance channel, preferably 1 week before, if it’s more than that, add a reminder closer to the date.
  4. Our guild does PTR testing for both entertainment reasons but also to prepare us for splits so we can be fast and efficient. While Normal + HC PTR raids are recommended, Mythic PTR is mandatory to attend.
  5. To keep a guild healthy is to have a bench with players, so expect to be benched on a boss at some point. Progression is about killing bosses ASAP as a guild and once in farm you’ll kill all bosses regardless.
  6. While on bench during progression, we highly advise to stay around and listen / watch the live stream, this will help make sure you keep up and stay involved, especially in the case you’re required to step in.

All of the above provides our core values, requirements, and code of conduct as a guild
Applying indicates that you read, understood and agreed to everything listed and got what it takes

Lastly, to make sure you didn’t miss some of those crucial requirements, do NOT apply to us if:

  1. You can’t secure 100% attendance to our raid schedule.
  2. You can’t/don’t want to participate in our splits, farm or PTR testing.
  3. You haven’t obtained CE in one of the last 2 Seasons.
  4. You aren’t okay with being on bench for a boss or two during prog.
  5. You can’t use your microphone.
